Drew Papke started out mowing lawns. Mowing, as anyone who has ever mowed knows, is difficult work, but Drew appreciated the opportunities his new business created. By simply showing up on time and paying exceptional attention to detail, Drew quickly turned his new lawncare company into one of the most popular in the Bismarck-Mandan area.
As All Seasons Outdoor grew, so too did the number of their services. Drew recognized two of these – irrigation and snow removal – as the ways in which he could create the greatest value for his clients. Having received professional training from both Rain Bird and Hunter Irrigation, and after creating hundreds of reliable, efficient and affordable sprinkler systems throughout the state of North Dakota, Drew wanted to focus solely on the art of irrigation.
Perhaps if Drew lived in Florida he could work in irrigation year-round. But as a pragmatic Midwesterner, he thought it reasonable to offer snow removal during the months that freeze water.

As the Owner, Drew is well-trained in all aspects of Lawn Care and Snow Removal. When not working, he has a love for Dirt Track racing with his wife and son Jett (2) with another little boy on the way.
Megan has worked on all spectrums of All Seasons. Whether answering calls and sending out invoices to digging irrigation holes and pulling pipe for a new system – she has done it all! In her free time, she runs after their 2 year old son Jett and enjoys racing as much as Drew.
Grady is still in high school but has been with All Seasons for several Summers. When he isn’t digging holes for irrigation or spraying for weeds he enjoys fishing and going on camping vacations with his family.
Weston has been with All Seasons for several winters, becoming a seasoned Loader and Tractor Operator plowing snow. In the off season, Weston is a framer and builds homes with his brother Duston. Weston also loves to hunt birds with his 2 dogs and can also be found at the Dirt Track Racing.
Duston has been with All Seasons for several winters, becoming a seasoned Loader and Tractor Operator plowing snow. When Duston and Weston aren’t building homes, Duston enjoys to Dirt Track race with his Brother Weston and 2 daughters who love to watch their dad fly around the track with his Wife cheering him on from the stands!
Brandon has been with All Seasons for the fewest years, but don’t let that fool you – he has the most Loader Operator experience of any other team member. When not working for All Seasons in the winter, Brandon works Concrete at a local construction company. He can also be found at the Dirt Track with his girlfriend every Friday night taking in all aspects of summer and speed!
